Bought a refrigerator on 4/8/21 delivered on 4/17/ 21. On 4/29/21 freezer went out on 4/30/21 refrigerator doesn't keep any thing cold. April 8, 2021 purchased refrigerator from Home Depot. (See receipt from Home Depot.) April 17, 2021 refrigerator delivered. April 29, 2021 freezer stopped freezing. Lost about $200 in food. April 30, 2021 refrigerator stopped keeping things cold. April 30, called Home Depot, their policy for returns is 48 hours. April 30 called Frigidaire Home Protection Center. Was told they would be sending a repair man out, because they do not replace before attempting repair. Mike said a repair man would be out May 3rd from RSI Appliance Service at 34955 Plymouth Rd, Livonia, MI 48150. Phone # 734-853-1000. May 3rd, nobody showed up. I called RSI at 1 o'clock. They said I wasn't scheduled until the May 10th. May 3rd, I called Frigidaire at 1-800-374-4432 and talked to Larry who said they would have out a repairman on May 8th. May 8th, no one showed up. May 10th repairman from RSI Appliance arrived and found a leak at crimp connection off condensor. Ordering the part needed. (See attached receipt from RSI) May 12th I called RSI. They said they had no idea when the part would be in. May 12th, I called the Frigidaire 800 number listed above, and was told the part was in stock and RSI should have it in 3 to 4 days. May 19th, I called Frigidaire World Headquarters at 1-800-444-4944 and talked to Nicole. Nicole contacted RSI and said the Resolution Sought New refrigerator
