Ordered a washer and dryer going on 2 Saturdays ago and they would have to keep rescheduling it for another day and then call and say they were coming and then said they had to reschedule again and then this past Wednesday they called and said they had no room on there trucks to deliver them and then reschedule again for this Saturday so I have been without a washer and dryer for 2 weeks Resolution Sought Have them ship my items to me asap

Company states; The washer and dryer were delivered and installed 9/9/23. There was an issue with the customer's phone not being entered correctly so, of course that would cause confusion. The next delivery there was an issue with the truck being too large. As I stated the units are delivered and installed. Thank you, Customer Order Specialist
