Customer Complaint

New Maytag Washing Machine and clothes dryer delivered although has never worked. We contacted Home Depot the day of delivery and they scheduled an install technician out this morning. Technician stated it was working properly. I attempted to use without success so have been on the line since this morning to resolve. Jason/Assistant Manager promised a return call within an hour today and I have not received it. Resolution Sought Replace my new unit with a new unit.
