Purchased Fridgidaire washer/ dryer combo which was deliver on November 21, 2022. We are extremely unhappy with the quality of the products as the dryer broke after the first use. The store manager will not allow us to replace the products with another brand but says we can only get the dryer fixed under manufacture's warranty. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable. I am even willing to pay restocking fee or some financial consequence in order to replace the products with another brand. Resolution Sought Replace washer/ dryer with an alternative brand.
