I purchased a whirlpool dishwasher from Home Depot 1&1/2 years ago and it has broken down and won't work. The life expectancy of a dishwasher is 8 to 12 years. I know in Canada home Depo & whirlpool have a lawsuit against them for dishwasher s bought at the same time I bought mine. To pay $600 for something to only last basically one year is terrible. I bought it for my mother whom is disabled and 85. So she wouldn't have to stand so long doing dishes. I'm disabled also and on a fixed income and can't go out every year and pay that kind of money for something that doesn't last! Please help Resolution Sought Replace dishwasher.

Consumer states; On January 8th, I talked to Home Depot and told them I didn't want to know anything about that card because, I cannot be thinking about payments, because I forget and do not want to be paying more and more. I told them to cancel the card and pay them the total for, did not want to know anything about them. In February I got my statement of $360 dollars, when in January I paid $325 that was my total to which, I have my payments and now in April $114 dollars to which I send all my copes of how to pay. My copy of the bank and the date you paid the total. I hope you can help me with my problem. Resolution Sought Consumer states, I already paid them the total of my account.
