Back in 2021 we purchased a replacement window for our dining room in our home. In July of 2025 I noticed the seal had broken and we were getting a white smoke film between the glass panels and also when it rained, water was leaking into the home. On July 27,2025 I called Home Depot Warranty Department and they stated they would honor the warranty. We sent them pictures of the window. They stated to allow 4-6 weeks. I gave 7 weeks but did not get any updates. In September I was advised that the window should be delivered to the warehouse by end of September and someone would call us to schedule installation. We did not hear back from anyone. After the 1st week of October I finally reached Marie and was advised that our window would be installed end of October 2025. The afternoon before installation we received a call that the window was damaged and had to be re-ordered. We were told again 4-6 weeks. It is now over 2 months. And 6 months since original warranty claim filed. We have no window, no calls from anyone from Home Depot and as of January 9th, 2026 Maria stated she would call the vendor on Jan 9th to get updates and notify us. Maria does not call and in last 6 months we only received 2 emails from her. I would like to have the warranty honored and window replacement completed this month. January 2026. This whole episode has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety and honestly I don't believe there is a replacement window coming. Resolution Sought Honor the warranty and replace the broken window.

Home depot was advertising for an offer in which you buy 20V MAX Lithium-Ion 6.0Ah and 4.0Ah Battery and Charger Starter Kit and you will get 2 more free gifts and i selected 2 of my gifts which are ATOMIC 20V MAX Cordless Brushless 1/2 in. Variable Speed Impact Wrench (Tool Only) and ATOMIC 20V MAX Cordless Brushless Ultra-Compact 5/8 in. SDS Plus Hammer Drill (Tool Only) and i was able to place the order and i was surprised the next day they just delivered the batteries without the gifts . I went to Avon store and the operator tried to place the order and it did not work for him then reached out to online service and they said there is nothing they can do for me and he has to cancel the order and check again if he can see the gifts he wants are available .i tried multiple time to place the order again and it did not work even the offer online till August 03 rd. Resolution Sought get the batteries and the gifts as they are advertising online.
