We purchased windows from them. They are, or so they told us when we purchased them, under warranty for the life of the window. They are probably 15 yrs old now and every spring when I go to raise the windows, they won't stay up they keep falling down. Some windows keep falling down at the top so I have to keep them locked. I have tried contacting Home Depot and some employees tell me to contact the window maker. They are supposed to replace the parts if we have a problem Resolution Sought Fix my windows that won't stay up.
