CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

The inspection house sent an inspector who sent did not complete their inspection. After sending in the report filing a claim against the inspector on 6/26. They have failed to respond and refuse to follow thru with the claim and refuse any phone calls. Resolution Sought To have a the inspection repair all faults that were not completed.
