The person at the counter claimed they don't do refunds, that they tell people that and to try products before leaving the store. They do not do this, nor is there any signage to that affect in the store. Sold me a vape cartridge for the wrong vape unit, then refused to refund, even though I had receipt and product was unused (unusable) and in the box. Resolution Sought I want a refund of the almost $35.
