I took the 2 kirby back to the company 1st the salesman came for the Kirby them he brought them back they are saying that I have them I don't when I took them back I gave it the president Resolution Sought They are trying to charge me for something I don't have I gave it back to them.

I purchased a vacuum from them and changed my mind the next day sent them my cancelation notice Dec 4 3021, which had to be there with in 7 days. I sent it priority mail and the mail people put it in the wrong mail sent from Gary to Merrillville, but ended up in AR, but they did not receive until the 16 of Dec I called them Dec 3rd, to let them know I wanted to cancel, I was informed to send it priority mail for post mark I called Kirby on Dec 6th, to inform them of my cancelation and told I wanted my vacuum back that traded in and told them this on several occasions, when I talked to and the finance company well they decided not to bring my vacuum they had enough time to put my vacuum to the side in stead they bought me this little raggedly vacuum to me that I did not except and did not return there to them now they want me to pay for the Kirby my vacuum was a year old with warranty on it and another bigger then the on they sent bring vacuum and I will return there I pay 300. Dollar for my shark. Merriville IN Location. Resolution Sought They want me to pay I said no they can purchase me the same vacuum or pay me.
