I placed an order for pick up from Kroger in Roanoke Va. The order number was 1250398122271978901. I did canceled this order but was charged for it anyway on Feb 11, 2025. After several phone calls the manager of the pick up dept confirmed that the order was accidentally shown as picked up when it should have been canceled. I was told I would have to go through the 1800 number for Kroger Customer Service for a refund and could not have it processed in store. I did that and was given a confirmation number of 78356862 and was told my refund would process in 2-7 business days. On February 20th I replied to the email with my refund info (as instructed) letting them know I still had not received it. On Feb 26th they finally responded and said they could not help me that I needed to reach out to the finance dept and provided a number for them. It is now March3rd and I have never been able to get through to anyone at the finance dept number. This is absurd. I have been trying for almost a month to get the money back that they wrongfully charged me in the first place. This is my last resort before filing a fraudulent charge report with the local police dept. I hope you can resolve this. Resolution Sought Refund my money that was wrongfully charged

Well I went into the store on October 11th 2024 to the customer service to purchase a gift card and get cash back they said my card was declined but on October 15th Kroger's took out 583.50 out my bank account and I didn't get wat I purchased and now they acting like they can't return my money back to me Resolution Sought Just to give me my full refund is all I want.
