Charge on credit card and kroger tell me they can't help because they are unable to find the transaction but yet they sent it to credit card Company but telling me that the credit card company need to dispute the charges credit card is saying it up to kroger to fix the problem. Resolution Sought Just send me a copy of the transaction.

I purchased 4 $25 Chilli's cards from the store and when I tried to use them, they didn't work at Chilli's. I contacted them and they keep giving me the run around, I was told several times that the money would be returned to my account in 5-7 business days and so far only $25 have been returned. I've called everyday for the last 2mos. Still, they have not returned the remaining $75 to my account. Resolution Sought I'd like to have my money returned or the cards replaced. That was all I've asked of them.
