I retained this attorney in 2019 for a flat rate of $4000 to represent me as the administrator in my mother's estate prior to her passing away. As months passed her excuse for not being able to file was because of Covid and the courts weren't working two years after Covid I had a hard time getting in contact with her cause of her moving her office from one town to another without notice. Three years later my sibling acting with greed retained an attorney and was given administrative status on my mother's estate. I found where my attorney had moved to but was always with an excuse as to penciling me in for a sit down to discuss what options I had to claim my share of the Heritance. I had to visit the Bar Association for them to put a call into her office to call me for an appointment. She called and set an appointment but the day before the appointment her office called to cancel the appointment cause she was feeling ill. I've made several attempts to get an appointment but there's always an excuse and she directed me to sit with her paralegal but I need to speak with whom I retained as my lawyer. Secondly I also retained her in the amount of $4000 for a loan modification this was in 2020 and yet to have moved forward with beginning the process again with the Covid excuse and just last week I received a summons letter from the court/banks attorney which is holding the mortgage with a date to appear for a foreclosure hearing. Careless act by her will cause the loss of my home Resolution Sought I would like the money's I've paid to retain her refunded so I could retain responsible and reputable attorneys to handle these crucial and high risk matters that the four years I've worked with her she dose not have the sense of urgency and attorney ethics to her clients I expect from an attorney I hire. Hoping you could make her see that that is the right thing to do after the unfortunate experience I endured upon retaining her so called services.
