I hired Mr Hedrick about close to 2 years ago. A pit bull came in my back yard and killed my toy chihuahua and bit me. So I wanted to make the owner pay. He took the case and upfront he wanted $2500 before he did anything. I figured I would make good payments to him and I did for a while. I had to give him $ 275 right then so he could get paperwork to them to let them know what was fixing to happen and hope they would copurate and have a sit down. Well it didn't work and eventually moved away. Mean while I made 3 payments to him, $ 100 each time, electrictronically to his email account. I thought about it for a while and that's a lot of money to him and not knowing if I'd win. I sent him a email explaining that and told him I just couldn't afford it no more and that I wanted my $ 300 back. He said ok no problem. But a couple days later he sent me a email saying that there was no evidence that I payed him $300. So I sent him the electronic copy showing that I had paid him and saved for my evidence. He did not respond. I waited about two weeks and sent him another email and that copy. I eventually got a email a couple weeks later and he was going on about how busy he had been so that he didn't have time. I waited for 2 days and sent it again. Couple weeks later I got email saying that he had no proof I paid that. Please check your records again and refund my money. Resolution Sought All I want is my $300 back.
