I purchased an item from this online business. After receiving terrible customer service, I attempted to cancel the order. They did not accept the cancellation and shipped it, but assured me if I returned the item I would be refunded. I returned the item and after several weeks, they still have not refunded my purchase. I have filed a fraud complaint under the Fair Credit Billing Act with my credit card company, which is currently still under investigation. Resolution Sought Refund my money.

I order a leather Jacket from this company November 29, 2021. They sent me an email to confirm the size and have never shipped the product. The status shows still processing. I have emailed over ten times. No One answers the emails. Resolution Sought Ship my product or refund my money
