On August 30th, I bought a piece of furniture from the Local Flea, via the online company called Kashew. Once I paid for the item, I was required to select a pick up time. This was confirmed by the Seller (The Local Flea) When we went to pick up the item, no one was there. I recontacted the Seller, and they informed me that my son could pick it up any time. When my son went to pick up the item (on Sept 7th), receipt in hand, he was informed that they had resold the item, the same day I purchased it. When I called, I got another story, and was informed that it was given to Goodwill. (They have a policy of holding items for 14 days) I have already purchased new hardware for the furniture as well as a mirror to go above it. I don't want my money back. I want the piece of furniture that I paid for. It was no longer theirs to sell. And yes, I have not received a credit on my credit card account. Resolution Sought I want the piece of furniture delivered to my son's house. I bought this piece in good faith; paid for it in good faith; my son has twice taken time off from work to go and pick it up, and now I find out out that Seller has resold my furniture without my permission/or notification. I want to receive what I paid for. Plain and simple, no slate of hands, no fraud.

Yes, the item was purchased via a third party site that we list. The day before we had donated the item and we had not yet updated the listing on Kashew. Unfortunately we are unable to sell and item which was donated already. We contacted Kashew and they said they had already issued a refund weeks ago - we are unable to do so ourselves because the transaction did not happen with us.
