If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you are looking at living at The Lotus apartments, DON'T. I would go find any other place than here. Since we moved here in 07/24, we have never had consistent office management. Whenever you go to speak to them about any matters going on, they are extremely defensive and don't help solve any problems. I live in a 1bd 1bt apartment and my plumbing was broken for over 72 hours and when I brought up that I needed a functioning toilet I was told I could walk down from my 3rd story apartment all the way to the front office to go to the bathroom. That's a lot of trips for someone who works from home and doesn't have access to any other bathroom. They kept marking it as resolved when it was not. If you think about moving here for the gates and having that sense of security. Well, we don't have that here. The car gates are ALWAYS broken, and so are the pedestrian gates, allowing anyone to walk on in to the property. I would like to believe that due to broken car gates, that is how so many homeless have been sleeping in the parking lots under the cars and the 8+ cars that have been broken into. I have had a homeless man gain access into the front office on national holidays when the doors should be locked and be threatened that he was going to kill me. When this situation was brought to the front office, they asked for evidence and once presented they became defensive. There have been several domestic violence situations here and when brought up to Resolution Sought We would like to be allowed to terminate our lease agreement with no consequences due to the safety concerns and lack of action taken by the property.
