I feel the manager needs to be replaced with some one respectable and compliant of Health codes.

This establishment served me a burger with a molded tomato. I complained and the manager Laura Purvis yelled at the cook. The cook told her that she didn't want to serve it in the first place and the manager told her to just cut the bad parts off & serve it anyway. The cook refused to cook a hamburger patty because it was green. The manager told her in front of the customers to throw it on the grill and once it's cooked it won't matter. The cook refused & the manager proceeded to the kitchen to cook it & serve it. That's wrong on so many levels. Then the manager Laura Purvis was yelling at the kitchen staff loud enough to be heard in the dining area and her language was not acceptable in this family friendly establishment or as a manager. The owners are conducting renovations & building other items like a stage outside in the patio eating area. They're doing this during business hours and it's not acceptable. Listening to banging while I eat is not why I came to this establishment. They are dragging saw dust and dirt through the dining area where people such as myself are trying to eat. I also feel the kitchen staff deserves to have product that is fresh and not molded or spoiled. I also feel the kitchen staff shouldn't be screamed & cussed at for wanting to serve fresh product to customers. I would like this business to seek a new manager, check their produce and meats, stop treating the kitchen staff with such disrespect & give the construction a break during dinning hours.
