On November 3rd I brought a dual screen 19 inch display dell desktop to the mail room so it could be returned to eBay for refund due to item being defective. The man working there helped package the desktop and he affixed the label to the outside. Now he claims he may have sent it out via usps accidentally, however the post office cannot locate the item, FedEx does not have it either. Due to FedEx never receiving the package it is not covered by insurance. I do not have over $200 to lose in this equipment! Resolution Sought Pay for or produce the items that went missing from your place of business.
