Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

SignalH ill Collection (HOA) under Management Trust did plumbing repair through PMC Plumbing Co on 5/17/22 assuming HOA responsibility to fix, sending reimbursement of $1535 which was preapproved by owner, it was intuitionally overcharged, with $315 rescheduling trip charge (never disclosed). Gabriela Nunez instead following protocol violating civil rights CA civil code to process dispute through ADR and put lien on property (Signal Hill address removed) on 11/27/24. After legal battle on 2/11/25 HOA & Roseman Law Firm accepted to go through ADR, scheduling on 5//22/25 mediation hearing on 5/16/25 again they oppose and cancelled ADR hearing, again violating owner right according to law. Even unauthorized, non-justified was fully paid $1220 on 12/06/24 and $315 nonsense trip charge was reversed on 5/9/25 by PMC Plumbing Company. After 5/16/25 Velasquez representing Roseman Law walk away from process, suggesting delinquent bal $15,585.79 owed to HOA (Signal Hill Coll. Community Corp). Resolution Sought This is gross negligence of civil code, over abuse of power by HOA and Roseman. Remove lien on property.
