Bought a car for 6000.00 in the first year of having this car put in over 1500 dollars in repairs. One thing went wrong then it was constant after that. Have pretty much paid for a brand new front end still having troubles. Looked this car up and it's car fax says it has over 200,000 miles on the odometer and it was sold to us with 110000 miles on it. If I were told the actual miles that were on this vehicle I would of never bought it in the first place. Resolution Sought I want a return with the money that I have invested in this vehicle and wages that I've lost.

Company Response

Company states: A used vehicle was purchased with 110,222 miles on it. *Please see RD-108 attached concerning the purchase of this vehicle: 2010 Ford Edge and mileage on the vehicle at time of purchase. Repairs are to be expected with older vehicles. We feel we have went above and beyond by: 1. Offering any warranty 2. Extending the warranty twice 3. Trying to resolve any and all issues with the vehicle 4. Not charging customer at all for certain repairs 5. Allowing the customer vehicle without payment for the last 2 repairs done that still have not been paid for. In regards to the customer's desired settlement of wanting us to return the money she has invested in the vehicle and wages that she lost, unfortunately that does not seem fair or feasible as we have done all that we can to keep the customer happy and rectify any issues this far. Attached is a sheet showing what repairs have been made for free, the full cost of repairs, and what the customer has paid. As it indicates, a total of $6977 worth of repairs have been completed and the customer has only paid $2292.47 of that. The customer still owes us $1011.53. Concerning the customer's request to dispute $9000, we suggest forgoing what she owes to us $1011.53 and cutting ties with the customer (warranty no longer valid, vehicle/customer not return or contact to Masters any longer.)
