My account was hacked and instead of fixing it they blocked my account completely. I lost a lot of contacts. Resolution Sought They are not responding.

The meet group & the match group were doing a separation from each other. The match group and the meet group were to communicate with each other to allow consumers to transfer all account progress to the other company before the switch but was to be completed if a consumer filled out a form and or sent an email. The match group (Plenty Of Fish) responded to every email and form filled out. However The Meet Group (MeetMe) ignored every single request and email. There has been rumors, lawsuits and complaints about privacy issues and concerns with this company that they are very controlling and do not operate the app the way they are supposed to and I have seen it first hand. For people the meet group did not want to lose to the other company, the deliberately ignored requests and emails from their consumers. This is consumer neglect. Resolution Sought Completely refund the value of all money spent on the app that I had to achieve to get to elite level 45 and delete my account afterwards.
