My roofing contract has been paid in 3 payments with the roof completed in April 2022. The contract is for gutters also that have not been completed. I live in a mobile home park and got a notice that the gutters that were left all over the ground needed to be removed by 5/25/2022. I got an extension to 5/31/2022 and they are still there. The gutters should have been completed when the roof final payment was made. Still no new gutters and when it rained the water was coming in where the siding was not attached and my hanging pot holder came crashing down and water leaked from the hole. Texted the owner and project manager but got no response. Rain was coming in my kitchen window because the siding was away from the wall and no gutters anywhere. Been requesting help to complete this work but it is still not done. The park management office sent me a notice that the gutters needed to be cleaned up or there would be a $100 fine. Sent emails to the owner Andy and Scott and no one has responded. I even asked if someone could come out to clean-up the gutters that were all around and no response. I paid the 1/3 down when the contract was done, another 1/3 when the materials were dropped and the balance when the roof was completed in early April. I am still waiting for the gutter installation and hopefully no other leaking areas in my mobile home. I thought with the payment in full the gutters would be completed. They are not responding to my requests and want the work completed. Resolution Sought Install the new gutters as in the signed contract, clean-up the nails that are all over my wood walkway and get rid of the cable cord that has been swinging along my front walkway since the roof was done. I do not have cable and that was not swinging back and forth before the roof renovation. They did not clean-up after the roof installation and has not returned to complete the contract.

Continued problems with water leaks at skylights. Entire length of job communications was very poor between installers and managers. Confusion on skylights used even when job was completed! Leaking again after resealing. Center skylight seems fine after second attempt and re configure roofing. Resolution Sought Refund to contract another roof company to seal properly and now heavy repairs to ceiling drywall
