I have had an issue with this mortgage company not applying funds from my insurance company from a house fire to pay the mortgage. I have made the difference and the insurance check is in a "restricted escrow ". Every week there is a different reason as to why the insurance check cannot be applied. All of the regular escrow money has been used up, taxes have been paid, insurance for a house that is not livable, lawyer fees for documents, but the documents cannot be told what they are to me. Phone call after call and no resolve. Paperwork faxed,new letter of how I want the check applied. Still no check applied to my mortgage to pay the mortgage off. I cannot live in the home, and I want the insurance check applied to pay off my mortgage. Resolution Sought I want the insurance check applied to the balance of my mortgage that The Money Source has in a restricted escrow account,with no more calls and nonsense. This has been months and weeks of begging for this to happen.

We have reviewed your request and determined that TMS does not possess a Third-Party Authorization Form, signed by Ms. Kipp and authorizing you to discuss the loan on her behalf. This is required prior to the release of any borrower or account information. Ms. Kipp may reach out to TMS, using the information below, and we will be happy to provide her with our Third-Party Authorization Form, in which she may designate another authorized person(s) on the account. Please be advised that TMS has designated the below address for accepting Notice of Errors and Requests for Information under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Atc, and its implementing requlations of 12CFR1024
