On December 26, 2022 I placed an order for two dresses, two T-shirts and a DVD from moon bug store for my nieces for Christmas. A week later I got the dresses in a different size than I ordered had to pay for them to get returned back, waited a month they still didn't process the return by time they process the return the dress was out of stock and couldn't give me the address at this point as of February 8 I still have not heard about the two T-shirts that I ordered. Emailed them probably 8 to 10 times asking the status of my order status of my refund not one person responded finally I left a message on Facebook when somebody was ordering from them and I told him not to order for them because they'll never receive the package. Then somebody from my bug store reached out to me for my information about what was going on so after waiting two months I tell them to cancel my order. I want my money back after two weeks I still have not received a refund or heard from anybody so today I get a refund of $47 when I actually paid $56. So if they deducted $72 out of my account the day I placed the order which is $11 shipping and four dollars for tax which I understand I will get back my merchandise. Total was $55.96. In addition to that I had to pay money to send addresses back to them which they offered free returns but obviously that was wrong to then after sending yesterday all my information to somebody who all the sudden was interested in what my issue was do not order from t Resolution Sought If they were a good business, they would send me my merchandise and refund my money to keep my business and to make me happy since they screwed up but if that's not gonna happen, at least refund me the amount that I paid not what they decide to refund me.
