Getting service from here for EKG technician courses its time for clinicals. i was asked what my available time which was 9 to 5 everyone was granted the time but myself your Mrs Jessica interns tell me well you on nights which is 6 to 7 so you will have to make that work for you gave me the run around about id badge for 2 days text last night and said id a be in the mailbox after 12 get there today at2;22 no id nor was it there last Sunday when everyone picked up there's so too keep from even having to deal with her I just quit but monies are still being deducted from my card every month on the payment plan but if I can possible opted out I want to do to keep having to go on with someone who is very unprofessional i can't recall Jessica problem with me but I clearly have no extra money too throw away on the count of her nonsense Resolution Sought Refund or if i can opted out that will be better i just rather not deal i don see the need to be getting money off my card for services im no longer getting

This student was given the opportunity to go do her clinical at UAB West but a ID Badge was required. I told her and another student that the badges would be in the mailbox but they were not because my son was in a accident that day and I went straight to UAB hospital downtown. I reached out two both students and let them know what was going on. The other student responsed and picked up her badge the next day and as now she is done with her clinical at UAB West. I left the badges in the mailbox for student for 2 weeks and I called her and left a voicemail as well and text but she never replied back. She finished all of her class work and passed her final exam that was given by her instructor.... she has even taken the EKG Exam at the school ( she did not pass she missed it by 31 points). Student will not received a refund because she as went through the entire program and by choice she didn't go to her clinical site and that will not keep her from getting a job. The NHA does not require the EKG students to do clinical I like the students to do clinical for more hands on skills. (What are the requirements to sit for an NHA exam? Successfully complete a training program or have relevant work experience as described below: Training Program: Candidates must successfully complete a training program in the health field covered by the NHA certification exam offered by an accredited or state-recognized institution or provider.) Also note that student the same shift with another student so that she would have a ride back and forth to work. UAB West will not pair two students tighter with a preceptor and I told her that and she was upset.... we are not responsible to get students back and forth to work , school or clinicals it is there responsibility.

She gave me the run around for two days about picking the badge up and she didn't contact Me and tell me anything instead she went on to be inconsiderate about she's living when I called uab west I was told there was for no reason I couldn't complete clinicals on morning that was her being lowdown but it's ok thanks you all for doin you all job far as hearing the lies like I knew she would tell she's unprofessional and that's it I want deal with her ever again then I learned son was in accident by students and not her but I'm done thank God I don't have to ever deal with her no more thanks again for everything
