The business guy gave me quotation for $2800, and after I sign contract he ask me to give advanced money to buy materials for $ 1400. I transferred via Zelle to with his phone number 954-614-9571 on May 10th, after that he is text me every time , that he is coming to installed my fenced but matter of fact he never show up??? Resolution Sought I want my money refunded to my account, because it's more than a month now looking to me he is making promises but never show up ???
