The owner owes me an apology
I was given a number and was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait. So we left and came back in 35 mins and was told they have called my number already. It was going to be another 40 mins. And stated it was an estimate time. I said " This is F*n BS". The hostess excused me as if I was leaving. I said " I'm not f*n leaving, do you not see me about to sit down ". So another hostess started yelling at me not to cuss at the other hostess and kept yelling at me. I was not cussing at her but just said the word f*k!! I believe I have the freedom and right to speak how I want and not be corrected on how I'm speaking. I called to explain the situation and the manager and owner were very rude and defended their hostesses because she was 16 and it was her daughter. Which shouldn't matter if their having their minor child work for them. And take it personal when a customer isn't happy on waiting longer. They could have been more professional and not said anything to me. Instead of trying to challenge me especially if their minors and I'm an adult. What are they being taught, to fight with customers because f*k was use in language. Not okay and it was not okay on my part either. Just wanted management to acknowledge that it's not okay for their employees to yell and start an argument with a customer. And to have the owner interrupt my conversation with the manager on the phone just to yell at me and use words. What an example he's showing he's employees to act. Not ok.
