I purchased 2 ornaments from this company. I purchased item ID QX17152 2021 Sorting Hat, Harry Potter (received) as well as item iD QX R9205 2021 Christmas Cardinals, Marjolein's Garden #8 (never received). I have filed a ticket back on 12/18/21 and have received no response. Tried calling, but even though it says that there would be operators to take the call, there are none. I have still not received the ornament, nor have I received any communications with the company. I want the ornament mailed to me as promised. Resolution Sought I want the company to ship me the missing 2021 Christmas Cardinals, Marjolein's Garden #8 as promised.
