I hired Emmanuel Assaf to help me with a eviction I was going through I spoke to him on the phone he ask me to text him a copy of the first notice this was in September 2018 so I deposited the $600 he ask for his services for me to be able to stay in my home till October 16 2018 was his written guaranted so the first thing he did was email me a motion to quash asked me to print it sign it and take it to the court house I was ok ill do it even though thts what I payed him to do well I got a court date he tells me for $150 extra I will go to court for you so I agreed well this joker is a paralegal not a attorney and has no legal right to represent anyone in court so he lied to week later I get a notice in the mail he ask me to file it late and cause my case to default by the judge when I told him that he immediately emailed me more forms to print and ask me to sign someone elses name stated they serve my landlords attorney wich is illegal when I told him I did not like anything he was doing he got upset so I ask him for my money back wich he refused long story short I get a notice to leave the house on sep 24 2018 and his so call guaranteed is till oct 15 2018 I have been asking him for part of my money back and he is refuseing this guy is a con artist and a lier I found out he has been sued and in jail for giving legal advice when he has no right to do so AMONG OTHER THINGS last time I talk to him he tells me I am broke I left my los Angeles office with everything there computers printers etc go pick them up and consider yourself refunded wow yea like im going to do that DONT USE THIS GUY HE IS A REAL POS AND THE WORST OF THE WORST
