We are currently putting in this claim,to attest to the fraudulent credit card that was obtain by use to satify a time share write off. We attend a, timeshare promotion offer to get rid of the timeshare we are currently in,after attending and speaking with Benjamin from the park Foxborough he advised us to apply for the credit card to finally get rid of our financial burden in our time share maintence fee. The park Foxborough advised us that this situation will help us what old on our original time share maintence. After further investigation my fiancé and i realize that we was deceived,and frauded by this agency. We tried calling the park Foxborough and yet we have not been able to reach anyone at that company. (1866-837-5318) Benjamin 1-417-2704278 My fiancé and i fear that we will be in deep dept in still owe time share maintance. Resolution Sought We had try different avenues and haven gotten anywhere we will like our $5000returned.

I reserved condo for 1 bdroom cono for one week at The RETREAT of Foxborough, The Retreat at Foxbotough has an elevator (the park DOESN'T) The RETREAT of Foxborogh is located down the hill next to the amenities (The Park is up the steep hill with only the small outdoor pool available. The Retreat Foxborough has a working ice machine. The Park has a sign "out of order". The Retreat of Foxborough has a vanity across the entire bathroom wall, the Park has only a double vanity. They are NOT the same and if Foxborough Place is now timeshares and Foxborough Place has severed all ties with them . The amenities remain shared but only accessible to the RETREAT if you have disabilities. Doesn't the disabilities act protect people from this? I didn't appreciate soiled sofa, water damaged bedside table, and kitchen table, a dishwasher with a door that is obviously sprung. It alls very low, dishes have to be rinsed and washed twice to get clean, shades that have slats broken in the bedroom, floors that when a damp towel touches is dark brown grout white at baseboard brown throughout room (dirty), utensils not the # advertised. They had a nice presentation, Charging for something you can't use is WRONG. I made the reservation carefully. NEVER would have chosen a ground floor there is a quiet policy after 10:00. Access to the stairs is by crossing the windows with slats you can see through . I did in the RETREAT. I want the public to be fully aware. I want a 78.00 refund Resolution Sought I want the public aware there is no Foxbotough Retreat to make reservations at. I want 78.00 refund. I want the disabilities act enforced.

As I previously explained to you over the phone, The Park at Foxborough and The Retreat at Foxborough are the same resort. Both listed at 235 Expressway Lane Branson, MO 65616, both showing photos of both buildings. Whether you book through Retreat or Park timeshare, you stay at the same resort and can end up in EITHER BUILDING. Not one or the other. Of course you can call ahead and request a specific building and we will do our best to accommodate your request. As far as I can see you did not make any requests. You booked this stay through a third party of a third party meaning you booked through Net Travel Solutions who then booked through RCI to book your stay with us. Most of our amenities are OUTSIDE other than the gym which is located in the second building. You were located in the front building and were permitted use of the gym which is accessible by walking or driving down the hill and parking. You did not request any accommodations for disabilities. Even after checking in you made no complaints about your room or location or we would have been happy to move you or send housekeeping services to address the complaints listed about the cleanliness. As we advise all guests, please call the resort directly after booking through third parties so that all of your needs can be addressed because the third parties do not tell us what you have told them they simply send us your name and dates. You gave us no chance to address your issues during you stay. So therefore, since we did not hear from you during your stay and only after a month after you have checked out we will not be returning the $78 you paid for your week long stay with us.
