Went into their office about 3 weeks ago told them I had to move hastly and a leasing agent showed me an apartment they had available for rent at $1145 , I asked if I could apply for it , she said I had to do it online. I went home and applied online. They did not contact me so after a few days i went back and spoke with another leasing agent. She looked up my application said it looked like I was approved but it hasn't been processed and that she would call me back when it got processed. A few days, later after not hearing from them, I went back and spoke to a 3rd leasing agent (she said she was new but was the only actually helpful person). She looked up my application and again said it looked as if I was approved but it wasn't processed. She said she would speak to her manager and callback after lunch. She called back but I missed the call and no one would answer for 3 hrs so i went back before the office closed. The same girl was their a long with the 2nd leasing agent I had spoke to. The newest leasing agent tells me after the manager approved application, she went by the apartment I was applying for and they had a sign on it saying "don't rent out". She then said stated something was wrong with the balcony and they couldn't rent out that unit and suggested other units that were at least $100 more than the one I applied for. So i stated that since I didn't actually apply for anything I should get my application fee back and they refused, refused to give me any inf Resolution Sought They need staff training but I would like my application fee of 70.23 refunded, being that they are the ones who falsely listed the unit and are the one who suggested I apply for it.
