The contact person Marty was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. He did not honor his part on the signed contract by having the tables 16 of them set up when we arrived he became very rude because he had other people renting the front of the establishment and was trying to disregard our agreement by having one man set up the table and chairs for us to decorate. He was rude to some of our guest that tried to patronize his bar. He also tried to make me wait to get my deposit back after the agreement was he would return it the night of. Luckily, I had a copy with me. He threw the money down on the counter for me to pick up after he seen he was wrong in trying to make me wait. Resolution Sought I would like a letter of apology for his rude attitude, unprofessionalism and disrespect. As well as him acknowledging that we went over and above in the clean up that was not in the contract by wiping the tables down and breaking them down and placing the chairs on the tables.

Thank you for reaching out. After reading about your experience I believe that you have the wrong facility. This is a family entertainment center located in Colerain. We do not have anyone employed by the name of Marty or a bar in our facility.
