Had this company come to clean out tiles in basement sump system. When I returned home from work that day 2/20/24 My sump hole was left full of silt and muddy water. My sump pump unplugged and covered in mud. The worker called and said for more money quotes were txt to my phone one as much as 5,000. He could have a crew of workers to my home the next day to fix everything. That there were breaks in my tiles and they would have to break up my basement floor. I said I had to hang up that by morning without a working sump pump my basement would be full of water. The work crew also backed their work vehicle into my side lot and sunk in my septic line leaving two large holes. I have four photos from my neighbor showing this. That they broke up one of my pallets I use to stack wood on for my wood burning stove and then they started taking larger pieces of fire wood off my porch to get their work vehicle out of my yard. I have photos of the tire marks and holes left. I had to call my brother to come and help me. Together we pulled the pipe that the sump drains through and ran the garden hose through it. This was a lot of work then had to put that hose back in place and reconnect the pump I shopped vacuumed for hours. silt and mud left on my basement floor all around my furnace . stopped payment on the check. Resolution Sought Not sure if my line in my septic is crushed I never want to hear or have any dealings with this company but I may have to have them pay for it's repair by a different company in future And it hasn't rained yet so I don't know what will happen. So far ,about the same amount of water has been moving through the sump as before but they should have pay for some repairs and clean up
