I was declined by PNC BANK loan!!! 1. A Equifax credit score 735 2. 3\4 yrs. Residential 3. I have other's loan's (in excellent standards) 4. PNC Bank Supervisor (rudely & attitude) & customer service hurry up get rid of me. 5. PNC Bank 5\10 business days explains the decline 9\26\24 - 10\18\24 & no letter. 6. If I was Law Enforcement, I'll haul PNC Bank entire staff's down town for QUESTIONING Resolution Sought Credit score 738, 3\4 yrs. at my resident, loan $20,000, Supervisor (rudely\attitude) & customer service was the run around, 5\10 business days letter explaining denied, 10.19.24 no letter!!! I'm requesting REQUESTING a THOROUGH INVESTIGATION SOMEONE TOLD PNC BANK DECLINED MY LOAN.... IT HAPPENED BEFORE, AT BANK OF AMERICA

I was making a deposit of 2700.00 on Sept 3, 2024 at the PNC Bank in East Orange NJ on Main Street I inserted the 2700.00 and the machine gave me back (4 )fifty dollar bills I removed the( 4 )fifties and waited for the transaction to complete when the value amount appeared on the screen for me to confirm it was incorrect so I wanted my money returned to me after the money was returned it was incorrect the machine returned 1380.00 the remaining money never deposited I panic I didn't know what to I called the bank while sitting in the line they could not see any thing on their end so I didn't want to leave the drive thu to see if bank was still open I ask the operator the hours once she told they were still open I got out and ran inside to explain what happen the helper inside she took my dispute and told me that it will take up to 10 days for the investigation and it's a process I was concerned that my money would disperse to the next person because it was jammed I didn't understand why the Machine wasn't shut down until they could retrieve my funds it was so up setting I felt like I had to vomit So I left feeling helpless its rent time and I can't pay my rent and I feel like as a customer for so many years they should have handle it better so I got on line and found this sight and decided to ask for help I'm not trying to wait 10 business days I will file a police report just to have something I feel so lost at the moment.please help Resolution Sought I would like the business to give me my money back shut that machine down take responsibility sooner than 10 days I have a family I didn't sleep last night
