I had horrible debit card fraud of a total of little less $1700. After fighting for over 1 year. I got in the back. The only money I did not get bank was the three $7 charges that PNC changed me for not "$500 in my spend." It was a nightmare. The kicker is it was bank branch. Someone in Florida inpersoned me by going to into PNC and they gave him a debit card. He had a fake driver's license. This was after I reported many charges for up $900. I put password on my account when making huge with draws and they did not have them in place on the growth account. Resolution Sought Give me bank $21. Have more security.
