Reprimanded manager at branch,
The manager at parkwoods branch always treats me terribly and acts as if I'm a criminal because I'm financially stable and black and I think it bothers her. I called in today and she hung up in my face when I asked to be transferred to someone else. Everytime she's made me feel I should close my account and today I think it's best I do not trust PNC with my accounts if this is ok

Poor customer service!!!
I call PNC BANK customer service an d I ask can they put me to the fraud department OK waited so the fraud pick up and I said is ya'll still investing my online which the bank on forest avenue had already verified that this is me. The banker told them also he is sitting right in front of me and they said okay they will give me it back then they told us to hold so sitting in bank wait they get back on the phone and tell me they terminate me from PNC BANK and I ask for wat reason I have not did nothing wrong I did everything ya'll ask and it cam back legit and she could not tell me why or nothing I could have been had money or what ever just the stuff I go threw with t j is stuff max did me like this as well and they tell me I. Can't bank with them no more why she couldn't tell me why this stuff wrong man.
