Hire a more responsible staff that will value their customers.

I emailed Poke Co. (1046 W San Dimas location) after my son choked on a sharp piece of plastic that was embedded in a piece of boba that cut his throat. I initially told customer service I wasn't going to file a complaint but was more concerned about them investigating their area to ensure this wouldn't happen to anyone else in the future. My concern was primarily health and safety issues due to possible bacteria. There had also been a human hair in one of the rice bowls. The first email I received from them requested information regarding the location, date, and time of the incident. I followed up by sending the information they requested including photos and screenshots of my order process. Their next response was very disappointing as the employee then blamed my son for the incident and responded in what I felt to be a very unprofessional manner using poor grammar. I believed I had been very kind and gracious implying that I didn't believe anyone was at fault, respecting the workers efforts, and never threatening to file a complaint or ask for a refund, which I could have done if I was intending to be a difficult customer. I made it very clear when I messaged them that my only concern was health and safety. Now after being treated like someone who possibly lied or was personally responsible for their mistake, makes me question their ability to operate a facility that cares enough to minimize risks to the public. I don't feel my concern was addressed properly
