I bought a software package on Nov 18, 2021 on my debit card. I never downloaded the software because immediately I changed my mind. Right after I ordered, I put in a request from their website for a refund. They said no problem 3-5 business days. That went by, no refund. I contacted them again, they said oh sorry 3-5 business days. Again still no refund and It's December 1, 2021. They have no explanation why I haven't gotten my refund. I believe this is some kind of scam. Resolution Sought Refund me my money. $129.97.

I was trying to install a tracking app they advertised as just enter the target number and instant tracking and call log access will be mine blah blah. Not only is the app NOTHING like they claimed I cancelled my order within 2 minutes of making a payment and requested a refund. I've still NOT received my refund for a service I didn't use but no one will respond to my emails or anything and its been almost 2 months. Resolution Sought I want my money back immediately and I want them to stop advertising false claims about their garbage apps.
