Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Consumer alleges: We have been at this address for 18 years and have not been a subscriber of The Press Enterprise. If so, it was more thatn 15 years ago. EVERY YEAR or every other year, I have to call the company because the paper is being thrown on our property without authorization. Then we are billed for a subscription that we have never signed up for!! I called your office today and asked to be removed from your list and I was told it would be done. But, I cannot believe it will happen because this issue continues to occur. I also want the delivery person removed from your staff. They continue to make fraudulent subscriptions to make themselves look better. Remove my address immediately and reprimand the delivery person or remove them. Resolution Sought Remove my address immediatley and reprimand the delivery person or remove them.
