Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I purchased a sat prep course on July 6,2023 and the decided to cancel on July 7. I called the 800 number and followed the company's refund policy to get the full refund within first two weeks of purchase. You cannot cancel by email. It has to be a phone call. I spoke with a rep who confirmed the cancellation and refund and said it would take 3 to 5 business days. As of 7/13 I still have no refund. I called the company and was told they had shipped the materials already and no refund would issue until those were returned ! That is fraud. Resolution Sought I want a full refund and I want the cost of returning the materials paid by the company. My purchase number is 16365509
