My dishwasher would not wash so I called my manufacturer for s certified repair person. They came out charged me $139.00 (see invoice) advised me the Cascade pods I was using created a build up and to stop using them immediately. I called cascade at the customer service number listed online. The representative continue to deny that the pods caused this. He agreed to send me a prepaid debit card for the price I paid for the pods . He advised to throw the pods away. After this unpleasant experience I decided to contact Cascade by email and request a reimbursement of the repair billl in the amount of $139.00. Received an email stating they would pay me $22,00 for pods plus $38.00 repair bill for a total of $50.00. Advised I should not thew the pods away and they would have processed a claim no guarantee it would be honored. They pulled the recording of the call and admitted the rep said throw them away. I feel this is an unprofessional way to take advantage of me the consumer by passing the buck for something they sell and caused the problems. Cascade puts samples of these pods in new dishwashers and that's misleading to consumers. I have the email they sent me if you give me your email I will forward it to you. If you give me an email address I will forward you my repair bill with the explanation of what the pods did to the dishwasher. Resolution Sought Reimbursement of $22.00 for what I paid for the pods plus $139.00 repair bill the pods caused. Total reimbursement $161.00

Bought 3 pkgs of Always pads. eack pkg. does not adhear to my panties. I will go back to using Poise from now on. Resolution Sought Receive a total refund. I can not afford to loose money on a need I have.
