Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This company has given me the runaround so many times. First, they kept lowering my items so I requested them back. One item was priced at $655 and it was vintage and rare and it was damaged I sold it on another site for $250. They said they only way they could compensate me was to send it back. But even worse when I sent in a shirt I had bought from them they refused to list it claiming it was not authentic. I said ok well then that would mean you sold me an inauthentic item. They gave me a credit of $50. When I tried to spend the credit they said my account was in the process of being merged. It makes no sense because they claim I made a new account which I did not but even if I did all my previous sales and new consignments are one spot ? so they're merged. They gave me a $50 credit that I am unable to spend. When I go to check out it just refreshes and stops. Customer service said wait 48 hours but that's what they always say and nothing gets resolved. It seems dishonest to offer a credit that cannot be spent. Resolution Sought I would simply like to be able to spend the $50 credit.
