I am having a problem with The RealReal located in San Francisco. From June 2023 to June 2024. I co-signed ( I was told 40-45 boxes of clothes, shoes completely loss. I have no clothes returned, boxes have at least 42 to 46 items a box. I was told they was investigating and money would be added to my site credit as they resolved the issue. I have been deceived, and retaliated against for protecting myself because they would not provide a real and honest resolution and 4,000 was added to the account no explanation how they came up with their number especially when they did not know what was loss. It was clear they was dealing from Nov 2023 to March 2024. I still co-signed and they continued to lose my items misplace them and 2 items out of 46 online the rest not found. Nothing has returned and the boxes was picked up by their service shipped directly to them. Consignor relations said they can see the amount I sent in and my commission does not match and that resolution was needed for closure. They are refusing and 4,000 they said was keep because of discrepancy but have not provided any other options and closed the case without me agreeing that we solved my issue and just been playing antagonist tactics and retaliation and bullying in me that is all I getting and closed the case without me agreeing that we resolved the situation. They are causing me a financial hardship have caused mental and emotional distress that I passed out with a pacemaker. Resolution Sought I need my total financial compensation that they are taken a percentage for property they loss. I was told by FBI they have to pay for my loss and should not profit ( double dipping). I need from consignor relations the letter they sent the TRR TEAM saying resolution has not been resolved. I want a list that consignor relation provide all items from June 2023 to June 2024 with the number of items that goes with each and for the employees involved be reprimanded.
