Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I submitted a maintenance request on May 27th asking when our yard would be mowed. It is June 7th and my yard has still not been mowed. I have been patient far too long. They also raised our rent but won't cut our grass. It's been nothing short of a horrible experience trying to get it cut. Worst business I have EVER dealt with. All the other properties around us have been cut. It really feels like it's being ignored since I have been trying to get it cut. I keep getting the run around about the landscaper and told on 2 different days the were coming to complete it. They still have not even showed up. Very unprofessional. Resolution Sought Cut my grass in a timely manner so I don't have to request it to be done. Especially since my rent has been raised.
