440261282-496-THD, I received a damaged rug from a Home Depot online purchase and attempted to return it with a receipt in allotted time frame and the return was refused. I was told that it was flagged as a fraudulent return based on information in your database. The requested RAR you sent me does not reflect any fraudulent activity on my part. You claim it is Home Depot's decision and they claim it is your decision, leaving me no resolution to the damaged goods. I have given no one, either you or Home Depot or any other business you work with, permission to collect my data in this manner let alone release it to third parties. I am not granting you the rights to store my personal data from ANY source whatsoever and certainly will not allow you to disseminate it. Erase any and all mentions of myself and all data pertaining to me immediately from your systems. Resolution Sought Either allow a full refund or provide a gift certificate for amount in question Removal of all of my information from the database
