Had multiple problems trying to place two separate orders on their website orders were immediately canceled by their website. I did receive one of the canceled orders of two shoes I was not charged on my credit card and when I try and make a return it says order not found. Contacted this company numerous times via their link on their website and by phone. Not one person responded to my inquiries to take these shoes back that I did not order. One separate order was placed and the shoes were returned I am waiting for my refund. This is a horrible company and you cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service and when you do they do not solve your problem. Resolution Sought Mail these shoes back to the company free of charge.

I was finally able to contact the company by phone and email. Company provided solution to the complaint which was acceptable to me I wish to withdraw the complaint or have it filed as acceptable solution by company
