Employee refused to credit the difference and said it only charged the amount on the pump ,which I knew was a lie

Put set amount for gas on credit card, filled tank only was only able to put 13.65 in tank, employee refused to credit the difference and said it only charged the amount on the pump ,which I knew was a lie, the amount of money is not the issue but rather a crooked business ,people should be held responsible for be cheats and liars ,thanks for your attention, I did cal the bank and the charge was for 15.00 not the 13.65 actually pumped!!! Feel the embarrassment of being outed as a liar and cheat!!
