Better Late than Never

Like so many other complaints, ours was with regard to time and communication. However, after some follow-up we did receive the product we had purchased. It is extremely well made and high quality.

Ordered Annabelle doll

They do not respond to emails or social media after you place your order and pay for it. I was lucky enough to get the doll, but as far as the COA on the doll I ordered A year ago, I have not received. Contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. Scary closet the owner "Mark Anthony "did respond and told me he would get to it and mail out the following week. Have not received and to be honest with you, I expected that! I paid $2,544.95 For my Annabelle doll and have no COA. I love the doll it's beautiful but will not order from them again.
