Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. On 5/29/21 I ordered King split sheets. 1 set in white the other in lilac. On 6/4 sheets were delivered. Lilac sheets were right ones.. white ones were wrong size. On 6/11 I emailed them about problem. 6/11 Jeanette emailed me. She wanted picture of wrong sheet label. I sent pic to her. 6/12 Jeanette sent email "sorry..return label attached. When she got wrong sheets she would mail right ones " I emailed back "no printer please mail label" 6/15 once again asked for return label 6/17 they mailed another set of sheets.. again asked for return label 6/28 sheets received. But once again wrong sheets. These are king. I need king split. Can not get response now. I mailed $10 for a third pair of sheets. The sale was buy two get three sets. 7/5 Have still heard nothing. Resolution Sought I would like my 2 sets of King SPLIT sheets I paid for or a refund.
