I have a service and repair contract that was prepaid through American Home Shield and The Shining Plumbing nights Incorporated took the service fee but never followed up and they are continuing to keep money from consumers without doing any work through American Home Shield contract then they never follow up and I've been left with a leaking faucet and they do not report the repairs ethically and they lie about the services that they perform so they can collect fees without doing work Resolution Sought I would leak repaired that I paid for do a service call through my home warranty company American Home Shield and I want their contract removed from American Home Shield so they can't rip off other consumers license number 1065 742

This customer we received from a home warranty company. She cut the faucet with scissors and according to the home warranty company that means it is a denial and no further work is to be done. According to the rules of the home warranty she would have to pay out of pocket for the job. The home warranty company is American Home Shield. According to them other plumbers have been out there and all have provided the same report. It was a denial on her policy
