I went in to print my personal power bill for the dmv I was asked if I had 50 cents I said yes on my credit card I was told I could not run it do to they had to may a fee I stated to Julie very nicely that has to be disclosed upfront because how am I supposed to know I now have my personal information they printed being held and not given I feel this is no way to run a business it's not 50 cents it's they have my information and will not give it to me I have means to pay nothing against them how do I now know what they did with it Resolution Sought For this biz to participate in better handling of people's personal information as I don't know what they did with mine and explain in writing the credit card policy up front
