We had a birthday party on this place on Sunday 10-20-2024. From the time we got there the lights cut off every 30 minutes, while they where cooking our food, and while we where eating. So, we are in the dark had to sing happy and blow out and in the dark. The owner would not come to the store and the managers on duty refuse to give any of us a discount to the point the acting manager got in to a confrontation with and called all her family and children to the establishment to fight when all we asked for was a discount because we could not finish the party or eat in a comfortable manner. They never apologize just told us they trying to get it back on then told others they couldn't get there food because they had to shut it off because the gas began to smell and they where waiting for at least 40 min before they even was told that. They refuse to give us the manager number and inconvenienced is all by making us use cash app to pay them or go to ATM's, but when the birthday went to the ATM they called the police as if she was not paying them, but see came there to use credit cards, so we found ourselves cash aping them also we don't go to jail but they still police. The birthday girl came back from the ATM to pay and was harassed by the police and the managers saying we where not paying when they told us the can only take cash nobody brought cash. We where treated so poorly and I think we should be compensated. When they began to try and fight the mothers of the manager came Resolution Sought I would like a full refund and I would like to report to BBB because we where ripped off and someone could have been hurt because things where not professionally handled. I feel taken advantage of.

Company states; On Sunday 10/20/2024, before the customers arrived we were having issues with our electric service. We had the power company on route. The staff explained to the customers what was going on and they were working on the issue and they still decided to stay. They were even asked before the food was cooked and they still decided to stay. During their stay the customers brought in outside alcohol and the staff told them that they could not bring in outside alcohol because we have an alcohol license. That's when the issues started. There was no gas smell because the gas had nothing to do with the electricity. The customers did have to pay cash and cash app because the electricity kept going on and off and our register system operated off of power. Two of the managers were present and apologized several times to the customers but they demanded their food for free even though they voluntarily stayed after knowing the power situation. The birthday girl was given a discount. The police were called because one of the guests did not pay and we had to issue a warrant for her for that and also harassing one of the managers through social media. The warrant was issued on Monday October 28th 2024. This claim is not valid and erroneous. If the harassment and defamation of the business continues then we will be seeking legal counsel.
